The nose piece isn’t very comfortable while using the device. It leaves red marks on the bridge of my nose

Replacement charger

I do love the Dermay light mask. Getting the replacement charger was disappointingly lengthy. When it did arrive, I was astounded that this delicate electronic device was thrown in a plastic mailer with out a protective box. It's still working fine & I am grateful. Thanks for this special product!

I think it works well, however do think it takes a lot time every day. My skin looks better, but I do experience a lot of redness, during the day . And my face and head, feels very warm and hot.

Replacememt

Not great. I had to buy a replacement one because the first one broke the first time I used it. The entry point for the charger is very fragile and if it slips into the device, which happened on the first one, there is no way of retrieving it. I was annoyed I had to pay for a second one when the first one never worked.

Mask remote

Love the smaller size. And I love my mask. I even bought two remotes just to have one for back up.
